  : they have no WiFi , they have many bugs in the room, made us swap rooms just for it to be worse and u have to pay for things even if your all inclusive , I am very disappointed,

  : The breakfast was good- they have an omelette station that had veggies and spices that are really good. Their Moroccan donuts and pancakes were good. A lot of options, some good fruit, yogurt and jams. The main hall that you walk into is decorated beautifully.
  : Their attention to detail and customer service was less than stellar. On booking.com the property listed an airport shuttle - I messaged their property multiple times to schedule the shuttle after booking our rooms, and they never responded. I had to book a private airport driver last minute because they never got back to me. When we arrived, they didn’t give us a paper that explained all of the benefits and activities at the hotel- the check in process was lengthy and sporadic- I had to continually ask for the keys for our room. When we reached our two rooms for four people each, the bathrooms had only two towels. We asked to have them close by and they put us in opposite buildings across from each other- not even in the same building. I wanted to use the spa and find the indoor pool they said they had, but there was nothing in our room, no pictures or phone numbers or any information to help us figure anything out. And asking for help at the reception desk was not always helpful- they were not quick to help or provide suggestions. I thought the distance from the airport and the main city of Marrakesh was ok- about 20-30 min- but we went into town everyday and had to book private drivers when the hotel shuttle downtown didn’t work with our tour schedule, and that ate up time and our small change.
