: The hotel is central, nice and clean. For an extremely good price.
: The room is very nice but quite small. It's not easy to find within the - cave-like - Marrakech medina. Breakfast not exceptional, but good coffee.

: Riad was nice. Room could have been cleaner. There was hairs everywhere in the bathroom.
: We paid extra to use hotels airport shuttle, which was basically paying them to book us a taxi for 4:30 am. We used the hotel and paid extra to have a stress free morning but we had to wait in the street for 25minutes as their arranged car didnt arrive. It was super stressful. I even called the hotel and asked for the money to be refunded so I could get a taxi in the street and they said they wont refund the money. And then the taxi they had arranged for us was a random black van. Not even a proper registered taxi. Extremely disappointed with the service provided. If we had got our own taxi it would have been cheaper, faster and less stressful.

: Breakfast was very nice. Everything was fresh and tasty. Also the riad is located right in the medina, but still not too busy. The staff was extremely friendly and always keen to help. The view from the roof terrace was also very beautiful.
: The rooms have quite thin windows so you end up hearing things like alarms from other guests staying at the riad or the singing of the muezzin in the morning. But I think they kept these windows, because they are traditional to the riad, so thats okay.

: Lovely little Riad with a pool. Room was great and very comfortable apart from needing maybe 1 other blanket. Staff were so friendly and helpful!
