Disappointing

  : The staff, especially Ahmed, was very very friendly and kind. He was understanding of our problems, but couldn't do anything about it.
  : We were not very happy with this Riad. We checked google maps on the location of the hotel, and it We booked via booking.com and the room was described as 45m2, with a bedroom, private bathroom, patio, and dining area. We had an 18m2 room and to access the toilet, we had to climb stairs. The toilet had a climb-in shower (a high tub, which you must climb to get into) which has an open window. The room doesn't have much privacy. The blanket was damaged on the corners and the patio was an open living room for anyone to use (see photo). Nothing in the room description matched the actual room. We paid the hotel to have us picked up from the airport. It cost 22 Euros. But a normal taxi costs only 10 euros (an additional rip-off). Breakfast was simple: 3 types of bread, 2 types of jam, coffee, tea and orange juice, boiled egg, and apple & oranges.
