  : Some staff were sullen and very unhelpfulThe entertainment in the evenings was terrible. Think bad cover versions every night from same two men, and baby shark. The main pools had awful loud music every day - not relaxing at all. It was definitely not 5 star. The free shuttle in to the medina - only went 6 times a day (one minibus) for a hotel of 250 rooms - not many can get on. No wifi in the room unless you sat next to the door on the floor

  : I dont't consider a 5 star hotel- Employees not friendly and always wtih a face like we did something to them and looks like they are doing a favor by providing information to the customer- lack of comunication and empathy with the customer. Bad management- our bedroom on the first 2 days only had body lotion and soap. We did not had shampoo or hair conditioner which is unnaceptable for a 5 star hotel- bedrooms are old and cleaning of them is not from a 5 star hotel- no information of what is what on the buffet. We need to open the lid and guess what is inside otherwise you will be asking more than 20 times what food is that. Weak in terms of lunch and dinner options. Low variety of fruits- we were at the hotel on the earthquake night and nobody gave us information of what to do we were basically left behind and had to help each other while nobody from the hotel came helping us. Since the begining to the end of the days we have booked, no information from the emplyoees or the hotel manager were given to us and there was no concern from taking the people out of the inside of the hotel with the risk of a new earthquake.

  : I recently stayed at Eden Andalou that left much to be desired. Knowing that i travel to Marrakech very ofter and have already tried all the competition( Iberostar , PickAlbatros and Radisson Blu) , Eden cant even come close to one of them :/ , was a complete waste of money.The cleanliness was subpar, with visible dirt and grime in various areas of the room. The dining experience was equally disappointing, as the food was not only unappetizing but also consistently served in meager portions that were consistently cold. Overall, my stay was far from enjoyable, and I would not recommend this hotel to others seeking a comfortable and sanitary accommodation.

  : Overall I think the hotel looks nice. The rooms were big and comfortable and I have no bad comments about the food. There was a big variety of options and you can definitely find something to eat.The spa was also at a very good value, with great staff and a big choice of available services.
  : Firstly, the entertainment staff ( mostly the guys ) were so incredibly aggressive and forceful when they would ask you to do activities. You had to say "no" at least 4 times before they would leave you alone. They even threw my friend in the pool so she could join the water aerobics. Extremely unprofessional. Also, the daily activities feel like they always repeat themselves, and the staff doing them looked bored out of their mind. They really looked like they did not want to be there The "variety show" was sooooo bad. It was like 10th graders inventing a play and then presenting it to their parents as the school show. So so so bad, the costumes that they were wearing are literally ripping apart, the show was emberessing to watch. It felt that they took random staff members and asked them to put on a play. How is this a 5 star show? Also, I understand that the drinks are not of a high quality since it's an all-inclusive hotel, but oh my god. Are people trained in doing drinks? The cocktails were so bad that I gave up drinking on my second night. And having a nice coktail by the pool was something that I was really looking forward to on my holiday. Yes, I can go to the VIP longue, but then you have the same staff doing drinks...Overall, this hotel did not feel like a 5-star hotel. And if I am spending most of my time at an all-inclusive, then I would expect to have the facilities to keep me entertained.
