  : The riad was beautiful and the riad Manager was very kind and accommodating.
  : Due to great reviews at Riad Al Riad, I booked a room for 4 nights for a trip months down the line. When I arrived, the riad manager explained to me that I can only stay 2 nights and then they will have to move me to another riad because a large group is coming. This was a surprise to me and extreme inconvenience because I have been traveling for weeks and do not want to pack up and go again. They chose the large group over me which was unfair. On top of that, they didnt even tell me until I arrived. I am unfamiliar with Marrakech so for someone to tell me to take my stuff and go find another riad is scary. What they shouldve done is tell me in advanced so I can cancel and book another place for 4 nights straight. It was an uncomfortable experience and the language barrier made it more difficult. In the end, I did go out to see the other riad (12 min walk btw) in a location I did not like but I had no choice. The new riad was ok and the new manager was very kind and accommodating. My experience there was better. Overall I will not go to riad al warda again. For the awful inconvenience, I asked for the 2 nights free but they said no. They did give me free airport transport but that wasnt even worth what they had done to me. I know it was not the riads manager fault since he is just the messenger. But his manager who wasnt there had done all this to me.
