  : The location was great being very close to all the hustle and bustle of the Medina but providing a tranquil retreat. The breakfast served in the garden by the pool was delightful and we enjoyed the rooftop terrace to relax. Everything was clean and beautifully presented.

  : First , the location is amazing , everything was near , it was in the heart of jamaa elfna ( town centre) , the hospitality was super fancy and very friendly, as we entered me and sister ...they served us Moroccon tea , the pool was crystal clear , I wasn’t expecting such a beautiful stay like this , the value of money was just right , concedering it was right to all the restaurant, the gueliz street , i had so much fun and the most important thing that it was safe ...

  : Location is only a short walk from Marrakech’s most famous market- Jemaa el-Fnaa. Old-world Moroccan ambience. Beautiful inner courtyard where you have breakfast served poolside with a waterfall.
  : Do not expect a Western hotel. This is a converted residence in Medina- the old walled inner city- and as such cannot be redeveloped. We had the misfortune of arriving late and not only could the taxi driver not find our hotel (there are no street numbers or lighted signs), but we had to walk a dark alley at night with a sketchy young man trying to direct us the wrong way (lucky I had Google Maps) and finally had to buzz an intercom in front of a medieval wooden gated door before being let in through an opening within that huge gated door (see photo). Then we were served tea in the lobby before being led to our rooms. The rooms are ancient, with iron bolt latches needing huge iron keys to open. There are separate bathroom and a shower/sink rooms each with iron bolts both inside and outside (?!?). Showers are simple handles, with floor drains not flowing too well. The first room we had was relatively spacious but had no chair. We were downgraded due to a cross booking after the second night, and the smaller room we got was tiny, with no tables at all, not even night tables.
