We asked for 2 twin beds but we were given a queen bed instead despite the fact that they said we were given upgrade but we didn't feel the upgrade due to the uncomfortable sofabedWe left the hotel one day prior to the devestating earthquakeWe are very sad for what happened to our brothers in Marrakech and All over MoroccoWe ask almity Allah to heal their wounds and bless their Dead

  : - The check in is supposed to take place as of 3pm. I arrived later, had to wait until 5.30pm to get my suite. - There is a small public parking outside the hotel. It is usually full. the only option left is to pay 30 MAD per day to have an employee take your car to the hotel parking. Every time you need your car, you need to call the reception and wait. You can't drive to the parking yourself. - The pool is not clean. No surprise as it's small for the huge number of hotel guests. - You can't take water inside the hotel. I stayed one night so did not need that. But I witnessed the security running to stop a couple that was carrying two water bottles during a 47C day. The security guy was about to hand me over my car key while I was waiting in the heat with my newborn. When he saw the couple, he forgot that I exist and run to catch them at the entrance. - When I talked to the Director who was also standing there, I simply got "if you don't like it, don't come back". I had a chat with an employee who shared that the hotel is almost always full with agencies' large groups. I think they don't care much about individual bookings.

  : Far from a 5 star hotel. The service was poor from beginning to end not 5 star service. Felt rushed in the spa when finishing my sauna session 15 mins before it closed - after shower left my towel on the bench and literally been taken it off my hands ask staff to return me the towel. Ordered a lentil burger in the pool bar been given a bread with feta cheese, tomato and olives burguer..is that even a burger? - been told there was another menumenu options are very limited and if you are vegetarian there is only pizza or pasta. Asked the in-house travel agent to help me book a tour to the dessert, she gave me the info but asked for a more affordable option and she never came back to me with an answer. Buffet breakfast is extensive but some items were old (potatoes specially and artichokes) also felt rushed, we arrived 20 minutes before breakfast was over but we are slow eaters. At the time the breakfast was over staff didnt even noticed us start making a huge amount of noise moving furniture when we were still sitting down, they turn off the music and start talking loudly and some staff members talking on their phones and when I asked why the music was off - the answer was breakfast is until 10:30am - so they didnt care we were there. Honestly the worst hospitality I ever came across and I travelled extensively - I would have not expected all this in 24 hours . Super disappointed and not too mention stains on carpets and wall art in the room and the bed was made pretty badly. Had to call a technician to fix the tv as it was not connected properly to wifii and remote control didnt work. These things you check them before guests check in. Not a 5 star. Witnessed Lots of arguments between staff member yelling at each other in the reception, bar and buffet. Not a good impression.

  : The swimming pool and the garden between the rooms was nice and enjoyable
  : Wifi connection was very bad. Not allowing people to get water or food from outside even though there was a kitchenette in the room.Everybody was tipping the pool staff to reserve pool beds, so we found ourselves sitting on chairs and waking up at 7 am to book ours.

  : Because of the earthquake experience it would be difficult to give a fair analysis of our stay. However in spite of the natural disaster it was a relatively good stay.
