  : Despite some hotel policies that seem designed to give a bad review, the friendliness and location of the hotel make that impossible. Booking the hotel was a challenge, but booking.com came through and saved the day/vacation. I would not want to attempt booking directly - but once there, the staff were always friendly and smiling. View and location are almost impossible to beat.
  : Booking the hotel was almost impossible - I spent hours working with booking.com to make it work, but in the end everything came together. It was not booking.com but the hotel that made things difficult, and international banking - part of life these days. The hotel has it's quirks, like an elevator where the down button does not work on all floors, or in-room phones that don't work - but minor inconveniences at best. If people are looking for things to ruin their vacation, they might find them here, but if they are looking for reasons to have a great vacation, they will also find them here.

  : When we checked in the room was small and washroom door was not closing properly, at reception I don't remember his name(Taha or Hamza) but he was so helpful, he upgrade us to suite room, the room was big but there was no WIFI connection. breakfast was average, there should be more variety

  : The hotel check-in was a mess. The reserved suite was not available at check-in time (2pm) and it was as if our reservation was not checked, since the needed extra bed was not in the room and we needed to ask for it separately. There were not bedding and linen for the extra bed (and when finally delivered the pillow was wet) and not enough towels, so we had to chase and ask for those separately. The suite had stains on the floor and the curtains and the furniture is worn out. The bathroom smelled bad (sewer smell especially after taking a shower) and the smell also came to the room occasionally. It felt like there was not proper management of the daily operations and of the overall service process related to the customer stay. The household staff, restaurant staff and doormen were very nice and doing their best taking into account the circumstance.
