  : The staff are all friendly except the guy who handles the towels at the swimming pool. The receptionist was extremely helpful. The entertainment team are great. The singer and the pianist were wonderful. The overall atmosphere is great.

  : Location was nice, the rooms were a good size and clean. Beds were comfortable, so we had good nights sleep
  : The lift can break your arm or leg if you Don't pay attention. Clearly it needs some work. The key rooms get disactivated frequently and I needed and my family numbers to go and update them all along our 5 nights stay. The breakfast was correct, but the same, every day. No change in the menu during a long stay makes you feel bored. The drink station had some juices that were not fresh or likable. They had like different glass jars with flavoured water with either mint, thym or lemon inside. No Fresh orange juice despite the sign.This was a packed industrial juice.The staff is helpful , but somewhat and I don't know why, they don't smile ( Except 1 or 2). Whole Fruits were too ripe such as apples ad oranges. Cut fresh fruits were my favourites ( oranges, water melon and sweet melon).We used the pool only once as it wasn't really inviting. The adult pool was big but always fully packed wich made us go to the smaller pool where most of the animation occurs making it noisy for people seeking relaxation. Interestingly the pool from the sides were not tiled. You can easily see that this was a kind of plastic with patterns that look like tiles glued all along the pool. Even the bottom of the pool was carpeted with some kind of plastic flooring. You can feel it easily when you walk as it gets loose probably it needs some new fixing.If you are a big family of 5 or 6 persons, bring your own beach towels. The management will ask you to put a deposit of 100 Dh (10$) for each towel. If you don't have cash money with you they don't accept to put it on your room! It would have been better if they used a card like in most hotels.The gym.was a big disappointment
